The room was spacious and nice and clean.

Our arrival was very stressful as we were not greeted or helped with our luggage, which was quite heavy. We had to wait more than 2 hours for check-in without any offer of assistance or even water, while my husband was feeling extremely ill. The overall service was lacking, with inconsistent information about extending our stay and high discrepancies in the price we were quoted.

Take advantage of the shuttle service to explore Patong beach. it's a great way to avoid the hike.

this hotel certainly knows how to waste a potential good review. the mouldy smell in the room was unbearable, and the staff were noticeably rude about breakfast. i expected a warm welcome or even a simple gesture to compensate for the lack of quality. who wouldn’t want at least a complimentary drink after such inconveniences? absoluteley shameful.
